The Division of Institutional Diversity, Equity & Community Engagement supports the strategic diversity goals of Texas Tech University by leading the university in providing programs, services, and resources to enhance the presence of inclusive excellence at Texas Tech. Working with academic and auxiliary support units, the DIDECE seeks to create an environment of inclusive excellence for the faculty, staff, and students who are members of the Texas Tech community.
